Maintenance Report Summary (General Meeting)

Cabinets

  • Because so many units need repairs, the company is looking into getting better material

Gutters

  • Request for cleaning – this will require screens be removed by member
  • approximately 14 need to be repaired – please be careful when pulling in to carports.  Some gutters are almost flattened.

Mold

  • Remediation of two units has been completed. Currently there is one unit is waiting to be remediated and one that needs to be assessed.
  • Remember to keep windows cracked and front door outlet slightly open and upstairs fan on in bathroom after every shower.

Board

  • Asked Maintenance to have all caulking redone around tubs and sinks (to be arranged)

Insurance Company

  • They will be doing inspections; contact will be Erika.
  • Be aware if they say co-op would be charged for having things stored. That should not be. That will be charged back to member.

Court yard

  • New flowers were put in by ramp. Thanks to Erika for helping!

Drains in driveway

  • Contacting company (city?) to flush drains in driveway.

Signs

  • Sharlene, Joy and Alex to help with signs when ready to be put up.
